S.E.A. measurement and analysis systems for the mobile communications technologies 2G/3G/4G/5G/NB-IoT/LTE-M
S.E.A. develops, produces and provides measurement and analysis systems for the different mobile radio technologies. For example, radio cell parameters and the reception quality of the various mobile networks, technologies and providers can be easily recorded. The systems are mobile and can very efficiently and quickly survey entire streets, cities, counties or even countries within the scope of so-called drive or walk tests, as well as evaluate the recorded data.

SpaceMaster® software platform

with numerous evaluation & analysis functions

For the analysis and evaluation of radio cell data, the SpaceMaster software platform is available. As a client-server system, large volumes of data can be managed and analyzed. The main focus here is on the map visualization of acquired radio cell data as well as extensive filter and analysis options that specialize in the evaluation of mobile radio data. As an information system, the platform can also be used to display cell parameters from different network operators. Even different technologies such as 5G, WLAN and NB-IoT can be displayed and compared simultaneously.

Easy operation

You do not need to be a mobile communications specialist to operate the devices. The devices are simply configured according to provider and technology and then operate completely automatically.

Realistic network registration

Due to many simultaneously active sensors and the use of real SIM cards, the devices also realistically register with the respective mobile network.

Fast and efficient

In a short time and with little manpower, an overview of the mobile network coverage is obtained – without lengthy measurements using scanners.

Automated data backup

All our devices are equipped with dedicated LTE modems for the automated upload of measurement data. This way, no one has to worry about backing up the data and transferring it.

SEA 3714C Drive Test System

The SEA 3714C is a modular device with 32 channels, which is available in different hardware configurations. The system shown can acquire and record all network technologies from 2G (GSM), 3G (UMTS), 4G (LTE) and 5G NR in Stand Alone (SA) or Non-Stand Alone (NSA) mode. In this process, not only cell information but also neighbor cell information and quality parameters are captured and recorded, e.g. LAC, ECID, CID, TAC, RSSI etc.

Streaming Client operating software

The devices operate automatically. It is often helpful to display the currently available mobile networks and their parameters. For this, a software for configuration and display is available. An additional map plugin displays the current position, the so far recorded driving route and the so far recorded data on a map. A pre-filtering can be done to check, e.g., the completeness of the acquisition. The data is displayed on offline maps. Maps for many countries are freely available.
