Support with netviewer
netviewer is an online tool, which allows you to participate in a meeting or a training with one of our colleagues by PC. The chair of your meeting will tell you, which meeting type to use.
You can participate the conference by telephone or voice over IP. Optionally you can use a webcam.
Support via One2One
netviewer One2One is adapted for support with a moderator and one participant.
Please use the following link to download the software.
Start the program NV_o2o_Teilnehmer_DE.exe by mouse click on the file and enter the conference number the moderator sent you. Then enter your conference name.
Conference with more than two participants
netviewer One2Meet is used for conferences with more than two participants. Please use the following link to download the software.
Start the program by mouse click on the file and enter the conference number the moderator sent you. Start the file NV_o2m_Teilnehmernet_DE.exe by mouse click. Then enter the conference number you got from the chair of the meeting. Enter your conference name.
Tips
To look at your partner via his webcam please select Video, to see the monitor of your partner select Monitor.
For reasons of remote maintenance your have the possibility to release applications for your partner.
The program window can be reduced by the double arrow in the right top corner, to increase it please click on the small window containing the session number.
